I usually hate mafia romances, but this one was not to bad. I absolutely love Ares he is probably one of my favorite book boyfriends. I also love the banter between him and Neve, sooo much. It was enjoyable to read.

not only did this read like the author got the prompt “that’s my wife!” and tried it out every other three paragraphs and in the end just accidentally left them all in, the enemies to lovers lasted for around 72 hours, the chemistry was hard to find AND mmc just whips out his dick in front of some other guy he’s supposed to be threatening completely unironically. GAGGED (derogatory)
