This was pretty sick, a little hard to follow at times if you don’t realize the main character is like daydreaming half the time. The ending was so awesome

The plot is very interesting. The story revolves around the character including his goal and development of his perfume knowledge. I love how unique the character's mind is. We never actually know what's going on in his head and what his aims are.

I liked the idea of the sense of smell being at the central point of the novel and enjoyed the poetic ending. However, it was extremely hard for me to get through. Perhaps because of the content and the realistic description, I was irked and disgusted most of the time. It's definitely not for everyone.
