Book 51 of 2025: Everyone In The Group Chat Dies - L.M. Chilton

It starts with a text in an old group chat, but the weird part? Esme died twelve months ago - so who is texting and why are they saying that everyone in the group chat will die?

Review:
⭐️ 3/5

An interesting premise, I liked the dual timeline going back and forth to explain how Esme died and the history of the town spree killer. The writing style wasn’t quite for me, I don’t particularly enjoy too much social media style of speech within literature as I always feel like it won’t stand the test of time, but I can appreciate the premise. I didn’t predict the ending, however I didn’t feel invested enough in all of the characters to be too shocked by the twist. Overall, it was an easy and fast read with a bit of suspense and mystery.
