Disclaimer: Romance is not my go-to genre but I love d&d
It was a cozy read. Low stakes. Not a lot of tension between anyone. I was glad they went without the miscommunication trope. Definitely written for a younger audience. It was sort of boring in the lack of stakes, though. I wanted more d&d but it was an easy read at least. Probably won’t pick up any other stuff by the author — unless she decided to do an adult romance about nerdy stuff.

It was a very cute book. It felt like Logan, the male love interest, was way too sauve and not awkward enough for a 16 year old boy which detracted a bit from the story but not horribly. The "I love you"s at the end felt a bit out of no where, but then again, they are teens so that is par for the course . Overall, I enjoyed the book.

Another sweet lil D&D romance! I completely thought these books were a connected series, but they are standalones! That threw me for a loop initially as I was expecting repeat characters, but I loved this one as well! I really appreciated the focus on friend dynamics in this story, and it was just such an enjoyable read.
after dungeons & drama, i was really excited to pick this one up! i’d say it’s a pretty similar vibe and quality, and i had a really good time reading it. the tension between the main romantic leads was really good and all their friendships were wholesome, realistic, and nicely developed.
i also really loved all the adventures they had with her grandma. she was a really interesting character and moved the plot along in such interesting ways.
overall, it was a really quick and fun read, i’d definitely recommend it if you either enjoyed the first one or would like a fun little d&d themed ya romance.

I didn’t expect to love this as much as I did. The Romance was super sweet. And the main girl was a well rounded character
