Even though the Western Wildcats series has a variety of plots they somehow manage to feel extremely similar and also VERY insta-love...or at least insta-lust, which is one of my least favorite things to read. I need the TENSION.

There is nothing that sets this series apart from every other hockey romance on the market.

of course I loved it!

Hot, moody, not quite forbidden, hockey romance. Fantastic characters, great interactions, emotional, realistic. It was hard to put down! Picking up the next one now…

This was an okay book. I thought it was going to be a four star read, at least, but then the wishy-washyness of the FMC at the end of the book kind of ruined it for me, in the fact that she didn't realize or want to realize that the MMC was just...completely head over heels for her. The sex scenes were good, and I enjoyed the MMC.

I loved the first book in this series but I just can’t get over the whole ex step sibling thing being weird for me. It kinda ruins the story for me personally
