I always enjoy a good Harlan Coben and this one did not disappoint.
This was my first book by Harlan Coben, but it won't be my last. This was a really good mystery and I couldn't put it down. The author did a good job of connecting various events to build upon the plot line and slowly reveal how the characters were still intertwined throughout the years. I was definitely kept surprised until the end.

i have a lot of thoughts about this book. this is my first harlan coben novel, so i came with little expectations. this book was very up and down throughout the whole thing. at some points, the plot was amazing and i was sucked in, but at other points, i was either confused, bored, or amazed by the stupidity of what i was reading.

Not quite up to the usual standard. Don’t know if it was just because it was a new character to get your head round. Lots of twists though. Don’t understand who was after Maura!
