This chonk of glorious book was SO GOOD! 4th book in the Legacy of the Nine Realms story, and Amelia slayed it again. Aria and Knox’s story and character growth is so incredible. I loved where we ended on Knox, I was so proud of him. And Aria?! If she isn’t a literal Phoenix, she might as well be from how often she has risen from the ashes and persevered. The book ending on an exciting note - I cannot see what we learn about the Kingdom of Fire!

I once again bow to Queen Amelia. This book did not disappoint. I have never fanned myself in a chapter, laughed out loud in the next, and then literally sobbed and had my heart ripped out in the following. She is an evil genius that will take you through every emotion and leave you on the edge of your seat. Five stars is not enough!

This book was full of frustration and confusion but also power and loss and laughter and love. I enjoyed where relationships ended up by the end and truths finally coming to light. The very end was such an interesting revelation and I can’t wait to see where this new journey takes us!

Amelia does it again
Knox and Aria are my absolute FAVORITE book couple. I did a reread of Ruins before starting this and I’m glad I did. This book absolutely broke my heart at points, and there were so many surprises! We learned a lot, and I can’t wait for the next book. Amazing job Amelia!

I expected Knox to chase Aria through the realms to punish her. I love the direction Amelia took with this book. The library is just an example of the genius she is! I always look forward to the elements! Their backstories would be epic short stories! We all know Amelia isn't writing a short story but God it would be amazing!

A. Hutchins repeats a lot of phrases and sets of information, but for some reason it can't pull me from my love of this series. I don't know why I love it so much, but I do. I'm mad I didn't realize it was incomplete, but I'll be stalking... Waiting for the final 3.
