The author is a psychotherapist who leads grief & retreat processes, particularly for men seeking a different way to be in the world. This book has many nuggets of wisdom and thoughts developed from many years of deep work with grief.

I recommend this to anyone living in Western culture. If you are going through grief or not, this book holds beautiful and freeing insights about living fully.
