I’m always worried that the second book in a series won’t live up to the first but this book definitely deserves the hype.

This is book two in Holly Jackson’s ‘A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder’ trilogy.

She’d sworn off investigation after solving Andie Bell’s case but when a friends big brother goes missing under suspicious circumstances it’s up to Pip to investigate.

I really enjoyed this book! I loved the storyline and the writing and it didn’t feel like this book was written purely as a sequel. This book had me thinking and trying to figure everything out and I can’t happily say that I did not pick the ending.

I’m excited to start As Good As Dead and can’t wait to finish this trilogy. For a YA series I really enjoyed it more than I thought.

I rated Good Girl, Bad Blood 4/5 stars and read it in 5 days. (I was tired.)
