Can I just say how happy I am to be past my college days. I don't miss the drama, but I sure did enjoy reading about someone else's college drama. Chaos and Love is packed with a variety of drama. It isn't all about college days.

There is a lot of family dynamics that began in Rebellious and Reckless for Luke. Miley's family drama has been going on for years. It has influenced her more than she will admit. She is determined to protect herself always.

Luke is a quarterback with dreams of the NFL. There is a lot of drama that surrounds his days and nights. Being a jock makes him a chick magnet, and not with always with attractive results. Did I mention the book has lots of drama???

Luke has dreams that could be thwarted if he doesn't get one of his grades up. He turns to Miley for tutoring. He has ulterior motives. He doesn't just want a better grade. He wants Miley. Little does he know that the grade will be easier to obtain.

Miley has no interest in a relationship. Miley is what most guys would want, one and done. Luke wants more. He wants it all. He will have to break down Miley's walls. He will have to prove himself over and over again. His obstacles are many.

Chaos and Love was a joy to read. The author did a great balance of good and evil. It is always a fun read when I am given characters to dislike. Being a sidelines cheerleader, hoping that love will conquer all, is what made this book such a joy. Thank you Michelle Valentine for writing a book that I was able to get emotionally involved with and come out with a happy heart.

Author Michelle Valentine had me swooning in love with Luke.

At first I was not liking Luke because I thought he was a typical jock but after reading this book, I take that back and will say he totally surprised me.

Luke and Miley with their no strings attached relationship was soo much fun to read.

I liked how fun, sexy and emotional this book was.

This book had me reminscing my college days of having fun and finding oneself.
The struggles of falling in love, out of love and learning to trust the love you know is meant to be.

This is Luke and Miley's story and the second book in the series but can be read as a standalone. The QB jock and the tutor, where none of them wants a relationship but then things start to happen. Lots of drama you will love and keep on reading, the chemistry between the characters is great, the world-building is as expected and the secondary characters I simply loved them. Great combination and even though the main story plot has been done, Michelle A. Valentine gives it all a refreshing side that will entertain you.

ARC received for an honest review

I have been waiting for Luke Finnegan's story since I finished his brother Baker's story

I liked that Luke was more than his QB1 persona. I liked that he still misses his mama, hurts that his family hurts, and loves with abandon.

Miley is who she is, isn't afraid to admit that she likes sex and isn't the relationship type.

Now, this is where I have my problem - and it is going to be also a victim of circumstance and timing, but the fact she believes what everyone else tells her instead of what the guy she's with is telling her really gave me the irrits.

This is the 3rd book this week that I have read where the woman has done the same thing, and by the time Mily started doing it, I was over it. If I hadn't read it so many times in such a short period of time, it wouldn't have bothered me. However, it is what it was and it did affect my enjoyment of the book - sorry Ms Valentine,

I liked the banter between everyone, loved the way Baker and Luke and their family made their way back to each other.

And then there is Milo. Oh boy, that guy lol. I can. not. wait for him to find the woman that brings him to his knees!

Luke was getting over the fact that Sky, the one he never saw till too late was now with his brother. Deciding that he needs to focus, he gets told he needs a tutor to keep up his grades.
Miley has never had a good example of love, standing on that she never wanted anything more than a hook up as relationships only led to pain.
With needing help Luke decides to ask Miley, his brother’s girlfriends’ best friend for help. What surprises Luke is when Miley proposes a friend with benefits relationship.
Luke wants more with Miley but she’s firm on only being friends, Miley knows that the more time they spend together the more the feelings will creep in, she won’t go through that pain.
Miley does the only thing she knows; they have to go back to being friends. Will it work or can Luke convince her that every relationship doesn’t fail, and he loves her enough to make it work.
