This book was full of tips and tricks on how to calm down, journal, and meditate; not sure I'd call it witchcraft though.
This has become a sort of manual for me. I really struggle with self care and I have tabbed, underlined, and dog eared so many pages.

Informative, helpful, and a little bit magical! Some fab ideas for getting into self-care activities, and small magic in the every day. It was an enjoyable read, and I very much look forward to trying a few new incense, aroma blends, and bath salts.
