This book is a great guide to what self-care can really mean, and not just the shallow versions expressed in media today. Even though it says the witch’s book, this book has great advice for people who aren’t witches as well. Highly recommend. Easily to follow, great practices, wonderful guidance.

i picked this from my ebook collection while i was bored and needed something ~quirky~ and the wording of the content makes it seem like it couldve been written better by a middle schooler, but theres actually a ritual in there you get to practice on the very first chapter, so watch me get into a cult and buy all the witchy stuff and do it for the heck of it

I liked the simplicity of the book. It’s practical knowledge that can definitely be applied to have positive change in your life. I didn’t realize the book would be mostly recipes. It just wasn’t what I expected I thought it would be more nonfiction component as well but it is still a good collection of knowledge. It is a great reference book that’s why I rate it a 3 especially for people just beginning in their spiritual practices. I recommend this book to tweens and young ladies to get a foundation of spiritual protection practices.

This was a very simple and relaxing read, the book is very straightforward and well organized. It has several information and tips for Self-care and ways to relax and take care of ourselves. For me, this book came at the right time since I was needing to apply more dedication to taking care of myself and my health. The book is a good resource and a helpful companion to having a more balanced and mindful routine and practices to help ourselves improve, relax and take care of ourselves.
