It was okay, but it's also just fairly basic self help and recipes with a magical twist.
Such a sweet little self-care book! I really love the spells and little crafty things. This book is right up my alley. One I'll have to buy and keep at home!

Gives a good overview of mindful spiritual practices, as well as crafts, crystals & oils that can be used in them. Read because I’m curious about the witchy side of things & it reinforces the similarities between Christianity, paganism, or any other religious practice.

A cute little book that has many recipes for self care including some meditative spells, bath oil recipes, food recipes, different practices to take in your daily life and in your environment to improve your mental health.
This looks like a solid book of "spells" and tricks for self-care. It's surprising how *normal* the suggestions are -- there are things like making a good stew and making bath bombs, all with a small "witchy" twist. I was expecting something much less grounded. I haven't tried any of the suggested "spells", but it's definitely a thought-provoking book.
A great book with a variety of techniques and spells to help take care of yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
