This trilogy about "The Bruce" has only reinforced all things Scottish for me. Will definitely be reading more from this author. Action packed, full of historical detail and beautifully written. Gripping. Epic. Sweeping. Young makes you fall in love with history and all its flawed figures. Didn't want it to end!

It was okay, a decent end to the trilogy.
I found the entire trilogy a bit dull but that may be due to my familiarity with the story of Robert the Bruce rather than the writing.
