A nonfiction book that read like a classic mystery novel. A ton of information that can be overwhelming but is all tied together at the end.
3.5 stars. This book has lots of things going for it, corruption in jazz-age New York City, a murder mystery, and an interesting story about FDR. I think I would have enjoyed it better if I had read it rather than listened, because I had a hard time keeping track of all the characters.
Really really liked. Would have given 5 stars if there weren't so many names to keep straight.
