I really enjoyed this book, it’s one I had to read in bits to make sure I took in all the information there was to offer. It walks about working life and balancing it with doing nothing. There is absolutely nothing wrong with doing nothing and cancelling plans if you don’t feel like you can mentally handle it. It’s about coming to grips with yourself and prioritising yourself than thinking about others. Making sure you don’t burn yourself out from having too much going on. It also talks about the impact of social media and how it can be so negative for your mental health if you rely on other people’s opinions and need their clarity, than focusing on your own opinion.
