I found Part 1 of the book (Working Hard) to be incredibly well-written, informative, and helpful with concrete tips on how to structure your workday that felt immediately applicable to my day-to-day. I would give that section 4,5-5 stars. However, the second section did not feel as innovative and did not add much value to the book, in my opinion. It could have been summarised in one chapter to add the necessary balance the book was going for.
