Good - but could have been a blog. 

I found some of the prompts and tips very helpful and will be implementing them, especially at work. I think Grace has a unique perspective but it got a bit diluted with truisms and summaries of other people’s books in an effort to pad the content out a bit. I think this could have been a 5/5 blog, rather than a book.
