I really enjoyed the tone (and banter) in this book, and the easy way the thoughts and ideas were portrayed. I'm going to be implementing a couple of the tactics from the book in the coming days/weeks.
My first read was quite a quick read-through (for a Book Club), but I'll be coming back to this book again to refresh my mind, and to make more intensive notes, to help me better plan, and focus and Make Time for what really matters to me.

This was a gem of a book which covered a wide variety of tactics on how to make time for the things that matter. I think it would be good introductory book for new readers due to its short length and crisp points.
This book really opened my eyes to the fact how recklessly we are letting our time pass by just by reacting to the world outside emerged in infinite pools of distraction. This is a simple book with simple tools and language but with a powerful message of living life with intention aligned with your own values.

This book contains some great ideas to manage distractions and improve focus. If someone had a long term project to complete this would be a good place to start and strategize.
I really enjoyed Jake and JZ's perspective and real life applications in this book. I am unsure how they got to where they are, but I am only a week into applying this method and I already feel a lot more aware and grounded. I loved that the goal is not perfection and to not be hard on yourself if you fail first. Change takes time. Overall I would say the recommendations in this book are helpful for me. I hope others gleam the same insight from it that I did.
some of it was material I was already fully aware of, although I liked the rephrasing in some cases. other material was a New perspective for me and It was useful
