The MakeTime System is divided into three parts:
Highlight
Laser modus
Energy management
Some tips are really good. I wished to get a bit more information or context for some of the tips.
If you have read a lot of other self-help bokks like digital minimalism or just made sure to live healthy, a lot of the information is not new to you.

A wonderful toolkit. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys anything and wants to enjoy more of it.

I am honestly super surprised by how much I enjoyed this book. I jumped in with 2 feet and unhesitatingly deleted all my social media apps from my phone and I am already trying to put some of their other ideas in to practice as well. I will, I'm sure, be checking in with this book and re-reading sections as I try to see which of their tactics and suggestions work for me. I do highly recommend giving this book a try if you are looking to make time for things that matter to you.
I love it when books consolidate tonnes of tips into a comprehensive system! I came across Make Time from a Youtuber's recommendation (Ali Abdaal) and it was wonderful. It's not a book about being more productive, but of making time for the things that matter. I'm familiar with most of the tips as I'm already a self help junkie. But I absolutely love the concept of a Daily Highlight!
