Very useful read - 4*

If I had taken the AEN subject specialism, I would probably hold this book like my life depended on it but I didn't so I'm pretty happy to return it cause it's dense and huge.

For my personal philosophy, I think one of my key values is going to be inclusion and this book helped me gather some more information around it, with regard to special educational need.

It is a definitely handbook and I disregarded all of part 3 as it specifies the different types of disorders children may have. It seemed like an interesting part but because my reading list is so huge I honestly didn't have the time for it.

There is at least one spelling mistake, which is a surprise for the third edition. It it's good to know that published authors also make typos.
