Just felt quite same-y after the first book and very basic in terms of story and characters. Also found it very difficult to tell the characters apart because they’re all dressed as ghosts, especially as more are introduced. I just don’t think this needed to be a series, the first book would’ve been fine as a stand-alone.

truly such beautiful and amazing book. the topics in this book were once again very relatable to me & i loved reading about it, i truly felt seen and understood. these books feel like a warm hug, i cant wait to read the third one of the series.

Just like volume one, this was a very short and wholesome read. The story focused more on Socks and their depression this time with the addition of new people into the sad ghost club. The art style is so cute, but the story is intended for a younger audience.
