Funny, clever, and well read. A sweet coming of age improbable story, the kind we all wish could have happened to us in some form. Edoardo Ballerini is an amazing reader and one of my go to favorites. I'm not usually a fan of short stories, but this was excellent. I'll be checking out more of Jess Walter's work in the future.
