Different, but interesting.
Would be good for a special program storytime for older children.

The art is beautiful, but my favorite part of this book was the reveal at the end that it was based on a true account of wolf-girls taken in by Christian missionaries in India. It's a fascinating story, but ultimately sad.

A little too dark and serious for my taste in a picture book. I will not be using this one in story time.
