I LOVE THIS BOOK SO MUCH!
I've read all of Jessa Kane's books, and this one didn't disappoint. Bobby and Mandy are so over the top obsessed with each other. They met while she was going out with her "friends" and he went out to a bar after his shift at the station. She accidentally ends up in front of him and develop an instant connection. Everything after that is fast paced. Will their relationship work?

Bobby is the bees knees! I loved this one. Mandy is a psych major and she tries to keep her and Bobby’s obsession healthy. This was probably the most sane Jessa Kane will ever get lol. There’s very little daddy play, which is great considering it’s overplayed in her books. Mandy’s not a complete idiot, which was super nice. Bobby is a fireman, and I want one (I’m ready to light my shit on fire right now!). This is one of my favorite Jessa Kane novellas. Helped me get through a 4 month reading slump!

This stunk and definitely didn't seem like my Dearest J.K was writing it. It quite literally felt closer to a chat gbt attempt at mimicking a Jessa Kane novella and failing. The content was weak, and the characters' obsession fr did not land like most of J.Ks usually convincing duos. It did NOT help that the main H name was Bobby.... please, anything else. The plot was semi on par with the usual speed of events, and the drama wasn't really enough. It DID, however, seem almost meta with the h bringing up how insane and unrealistic their instalove was.
I really fucking wish there was some sense or reason to these book releases because they just feel like random wattpad chapter uploads with the sporadic nature and lack of announcement. Someone get this national treasure a functioning p.r team, and a space to brainstorm better plots...

Look, I know I consistently rate Jessa Kane as 1⭐️ or 2⭐️⭐️. I cannot bring myself to rate them higher. They are Trash with a capital T, but they are hilarious and I know exactly what to expect, and there is comfort in that.
