I really liked this book. I have liked most books by this author because not only are they steamy and sexy, but the dialogue between characters is so funny. I’m literally in tears reading. It’s really nice to get all hot and bothered while laughing hysterically, and rooting for the protagonists.
The only thing I would like to see from this author is a lead woman who actually stands up and holds her ground to the man who is treating her shitty. Even if it’s a hard situation and she really wants to work it out. I root for love in the end, but it would be nice to actually see a female protagonist who doesn’t crumble and come crawling back the first time the man apologizes and makes him work for it.

Julian sucks, I was not rooting for a HEA. Brielle should have moved on one of the dozen times she had the chance.
A top 10 fave
Who knew? I was seriously skeptical about this book. The whole widow in mourning and ditzy nanny premise seemed simple and old. But since I LOVE the Stanton series and I love how the author doesn’t shy away from letting her characters be Australian. I know it sounds crazy but sometimes I’ll read books where characters are born and raised in Texas and the author has them using terms like ‘car park’ or ‘bloody hell’. Anyhow this book was fantastic and had A LOT of unexpected turns. This author has a great way of writing women that are smart and classy, but still vulnerable. Can’t wait to read more of her books

I will never not love the grumpy dad trope. It just makes things so much more intense when there's those extra characters that add so much to the story. Willow was by far my favorite person in this book. Bree & Julian had a rushed love that ran deep. The only thing I didn't like was the ending. It was so unrealistic that I rolled my eyes.
I have never had a book make me laugh, gasp, tear up and surprise me as much as this book!
There’s something about a single dad that just hits different. The banter;spectacular, the spice; incredible, the story plot;perfection!
Mr.Masters was infuriating but the appeal he has makes it sooooo worth it! Ugh, this book was everything.

The sex scenes were off the charts. That’s it.

Very similar to the Miles High Club series… but again it works for me so I’ll continue to read
