January Reading & Review

This whole series are quick and easy reads. I blew through this series in a week. Masters and Spencer were the best. It kind of fell off with Garcia, and just felt like reading more of the same by then.

Masters gives single dad, grumpy sunshine, forced proximity, spice, and a fun banter.

I cannot stand the FMC

Totally understand where’s bree coming from, i love this book. The spice, pace and angst was just perfect

This book had me laughing out loud in public. I enjoy the character arc of both Bre and Julian. All of the Epilogues at the seems were unnecessary but overall it was an enjoyable read.

Re-read for book club and it was even better the second time
challenging emotional funny hopeful mysterious medium-paced
Plot or Character Driven: A mix
Strong character development: Yes
Loveable characters: Yes
Diverse cast of characters: Yes
Flaws of characters a main focus: Yes

Very good and seemingly has it all with humor, but I can't figure out what's missing that I really wanted to see. Overall enjoyed a lot. Maybe was slightly too long

I have my issues with Julian, but this was one of the hottest books I’ve ever read and I’ll leave it at that

Mr. Master.... my god this book was HOT! This man can do all the things to me, ALL THE THINGS. You can't help but feel the electricity between the 2 main characters, it was great. I love that there was angst but not so much to the point where you roll your eyes waiting for it to hurry up and be over and on to the ending. I also love the connection that Bree gained with his children and his mother. I love that she stood her ground and in everything put the children first. I also loved that even though there was some angst Julian never got angry over nothing, it was real life situation anger which I appreciated. My only negative there where A LOT of typos, to the point it was distracting.
