the art is, without question, 10/10.
the story in itself, along with the main characters and side characters, have some problems. nothing is executed particularly well, and although there certainly are some good parts i don't think i'd recommend it to anyone. kinda feel unsure if the good parts were even purposely executed like that on purpose or if they just got lucky. 
i did like the ending, though i think that it garners a lot of mixed opinions.

I am an avid fan of graphic novels and usually fly through them in one sitting.

unfortunately, this took me a long time to get through...

The illustrations are beautiful and wonderfully done, but it was the storyline that didn't hold my interest. I didn't feel any connection to the characters and therefore didn't. care about their problems.

It was a fun read, but the ending left no real resolution, but I guess that's life.
