i love that they found a way out of the society- and parliament-imposed rules, and that after a long and troubled history (both individual and shared) they finally had their - may i add, much deserved - happy ending. ❤️🩹

Ana Huang ABSOLUTELY SLAYED this book. My top read of 2021 without a doubt and one of my favourite reads EVER. And the crawling scene? ICONIC.
Rhys Larsen is THAT man and I what I love about him is that in the book he is the only one who doesn't fuck up, not once. He had very much touch her and die vibes which I am all for. And the way he goes to protect her makes my heart ache.
Bridget on the other hand is an absolute angel and I'm so happy she keeps Rhys on his toes. Just writing this review makes me want to do a re-read.
If you love Princess diaries 1 and 2 then this spicy version is a must read.
