A fun second book in an interesting series! I’m a big fan of Greek mythology and Katee Robert has an intriguing twist bringing the classic stories into the current world. Very enjoyable and lots of dark secrets sitting just beneath the surface. And, as always, very well written smut.

I enjoyed the plus-sized FMC representation “(fat) isn’t an insult. It’s just a word” and the fake-marriage trope. The toxic parent/child relationship felt well written.

Downside: I understand why, but it did feel a bit rushed in terms of the whole book happening within a few days.

The epilogue was so cute though! Especially if you read the series in order.

This book was hard to get through because it was so cheesy and not terribly interesting. The plot was are minimum for my enjoyment. The relationship was cute but just too cheesy for me.

This was so sweet. Gotta love a good marriage sham turned real. Half the time it felt like my heart was being kicked because of how the characters thought they either weren't loved or didn't deserve love. They're so adorable.

The ending was excellent. I didn't see it coming at first, but once I knew what was happening, I watched it unfold with glee.

The story/plot was engaging maybe felt a bit fast but its a shorter book so that makes sense, kept wanting to pick the book up, smut was good, just found it instalovey. They were thinking “I love you” after a week.

This is also my first forced marriage book. A little bit of like possessiveness that I didn’t love but wasn’t horrible compared to other books.

Loved Psyce as a character. Loved the epilogue and how it was from Eros’ perspective, it was nice to see his softer side finally. That epilogue really added a lot, I find most epilogues don’t but this one was better with the epilogue.
I’m off to read the first in the series now because it wasn’t available before so I read this one first.

This was good! So cute and funny and dramatic but like such a good book. I’m so excited to read the others in the series! Eros was a very well written character and the dynamics between katee robert’s characters are always so good.
