SO. GOOD. Not a basic story whatsoever.

Jumps timelines to tell Maggie’s life story. Maggie gets pregnant as a teen and sent to live off with her nun aunt and meets a boy who helps Maggie find her love for photography.

Maggie opens a gallery, finds out she has cancer, and a young male comes to work for her. ENDS UP BEING HER SON SHE PUT UP FOR ADOPTION YEARS EARLIER AND SHE GETS TO MEET HIM BEFORE SHE DIES. COME. ON.

This book was different in the best fucking way. It has a slow start but was so worth the wait.

I always think Nicholas Sparks books are going to be so cheesy, but they are always amazing and leave me so emotional. This was an awesome audiobook.

This book was full on tear jerkers old school Nicholas Sparks. I was invested in the story from start to finish. It took me just a few days to read this book, would have been less but work got in the way. I recommend having tissues ready while reading this.
