4.5 stars! I only docked half a point off bc there was a scene I could have done without, but I recognize what the overall purpose of it was so I’m honestly not that upset about it. The plot moves WAY faster than the first book and I moved through this one a lot quicker. The lore is really intriguing, and somehow I love the characters even more than I did. I’m Excited for the final book in the trilogy!!!!
