A lovely, thought-provoking novel. It sparks with frustration at what cruelties and harms are and are not allowed by our societies, and provokes us to question what knowledges 'count,' and who we endow with belief for no reason other than they are 'valued' by society

Polish madwoman is NOT beating the allegations (and we love that for her tbh). This is definitely one to read when you can focus on it because there are so many great quotes and thoughts underneath the quirky veneer.
