4.5- loved this book!! It was so real and raw. This book reminds me that we really don’t know what anyone is thinking- we don’t know the inner battles people have. It’s so easy to make excuses and withdraw. It’s not easy to be honest and real. This teaches that we all have to be open and honest when it matters, not when it’s too late. This is a must read!

I can’t remember how I came across this book, but the cover is what grabbed me. I had no idea what it was about when I started the audiobook.
Daniel Black does an amazing job with this. I just found out that he’s also the author of another book I read that I enjoyed, “Perfect Peace”.
I’d highly recommend. Especially if you’d enjoy a thought provoking read.
