Beautiful finale for this trilogy!
These two never fail to light a fire in me. The way they fight together for the things that matter and for each other, for the things they’ve fought so hard to have, in the context of this book really means so much. It seems like there is so much in the world that could be signs telling them that something is a misstep, but really, they’ve been on the right path all along. They’re writing a beautiful future together and making room for everyone in it.

This series was breathtaking. Absolutely adored Vance and Luke. Their journey took some twists and turns I didn't see coming. It was amazing though. My heart went out to both Luke and Vance and the pain they had to endure. Their love for one another was beautiful. Vance was truly a selfless man.

I read this series a few years ago, but recently I was in the mood for something angsty and decided to give it a reread. The first two books in this series were great! I love Vance and Luke and the development of their relationship. They really go through a lot and find their way back to each other.
The third book doesn't work as well. I don't love the storyline with the baby and then the storyline with Miller is also kind of random. I did enjoy being inside Luke's head while he working through some things, but after a while I started to get frustrated with him. Is there such a thing as too forgiving? If there is then it's our sweet Vance. He gives and gives and gives and honestly I'm not sure he gets enough back from anyone. At the end of this book I felt like Luke might not really deserve Vance with the way things are now.

GAH!!! Vance & Luke. I've loved them since the beginning. You will too.
My heart HURT for Vance and Luke, but more Vance. I just want that boy to be happy. I want Luke to be happy as well.
You will not be disappointed.

This whole series...just LOVE LOVE. Vance and Luke are just amazing. I thought it was going to be another smutty pastor book but it was heavy on religion and acceptance and heavy on smut! I liked the message!

Don’t know what kept me reading this series and I don’t know how the author could write something as beautiful as WRATH was to me and then have this, but this last book in the trilogy was just boring. It absolutely should not have taken me 8 days to finish and I ended up just skimming through the last 30%. I just reread WRATH but I might end up reading it again because slogging through this series is starting to make me change my opinion on the writing in WRATH, and I don’t want to do that because it’s a book I truly love. It just almost seems like it’s written by a different author. This wasn’t a terrible series and the characters were fine, as was the relationship, but I just wasn’t feeling it.
