RECENZE: http://imoox.blogspot.cz/2014/09/kdo-zna-cestu-z-labyrintu.html
Začátek mě tolik nechytl, ale když jsme se konečně dostali k samotnému Labyrintu, to bylo fakt něco. :) Konec překvapil a už se moc těším na druhý díl, jen vůbec netuším, co od toho mám čekat. :)

First book In a while that I just couldn’t put down. I had already seen the movies but I was still sucked in as if I hadn’t. The books add in a lot of cool details.

Really good trilogy, or perhaps its not a trilogy as it had a prequel behind. Really amazing book series with alot of characters that felt truly attached to the world. Uncovering many secrets along the way, truly a well done book

Very… descriptive in fights and deaths. Did not like that so much.

It was kind of a slow start with the introduction of made up things and learning the world we are in but it really picked up about a third of the way through and after that I could not put it down. I can't wait to read the next book to see what happens next!

I couldn't love this as much as I wanted to. I found the pacing was really slow at times in my opinion, and there were so many times that Thomas would mention things over and over again throughout the story that made me know they must be important. I'm so used to mystery novels giving you small clues but then they aren't mentioned again so I forget about them, not with this book. One thing was "WICKED", which Thomas spoke about so often that I knew there was something more to it. So because of this I guessed so many plot points, and they weren't surprising when things were revealed.

I like the idea of teenagers being put into a survival situation within in a maze, but I couldn't get sucked in. I've seen the movie and I loved it! I liked it more than the book, all the good stuff from the book was used and the boring stuff was left out, and that made it better.

I won't keep reading the series, but sign me up for the next movie!

I was told this was a completely adequate movie, but recommended the book because the movie-watcher thought it had potential. The book left exactly the same impression.
The unfortunate side effect of giving all your characters retrograde amnesia means that they have no connections to remember anything.

I couldn't connect to any of the characters, and didn't believe their emotions. Even though the story was interesting, it also felt wooden.
