I really enjoyed this book! I have never read anything by Anne Tenino before, but after reading this I will definitely be reading more from her in the future. Readers should be warned that this book is M/M and contains scenes that are M/M. This book was a great combination of sexy, sweet and funny and I read this in one setting because I couldn't put it down.
Brad is a jock that has always gone out of his way to meet the expectations of others. However when it comes to himself, he doesn't do the same. He knows that things are different for him, but until he is in the shower with a teammate and is confronted with his friend's butt in his face he doesn't admit that he is gay. But even being able to admit to himself the truth, he struggles with the thought of coming out and people knowing the truth. Brad has a secret crush on his hot TA Sebastian. Sebastian is out and proud and known for sleeping around. So Brad decides to try and catch Sebastian's attention, and its not long before he finds himself in Sebastian's bed. As the two spend time together in and out of bed, they begin to develop feelings for each other. But will they be able to have an open and out relationship and admit to the love that they begin to feel for each other?
This story was a great example of love just being love. Brad really grows throughout this book and it was great to see him go from admitting he was gay to the relationship with Sebastian. I really enjoyed seeing Brad's character come into his own as he went from being someone who was upset with himself for treating women the way he did and using them to being confident and self-assured once he admitted to himself who he really was. I think that Sebastian was the perfect first lover for Brad. He really brought out the best in Brad. Sebastian was hot in that nerdy kind of way and was definitely complicated. I also really loved seeing how he went from a player to falling for Brad. The scenes between the two of them were sexy and hot!
Overall this book was a really enjoyable read. Brad and Sebastian were great, and I really liked the secondary characters as well. This book was light and refreshing and fun. Anne Tenino did a really great job of writing this rom-com and I can't wait to read more from her in the future. If you like humor with your romance and steamy hot scenes, you should definitely check this one out!

I was actually okay with this read. Except when Sebastian started calling Brad “honey”. I don’t know why, but it just didn’t mesh for me. Over all, the story was good, the characters were likable, etc. I do wish we’d had more closure about the Frat’s reaction at the end. Honestly, the whole thing could have been wrapped up quicker if they’d just made out in front of everyone.
Oh the other annoyance: the “break up” lasted all of, what? Six hours? Hardly seems worth it. I doubt Sebastian would have come to his realizations quite that quickly.

This was the sweetest story and I really loved Brad and I also enjoyed Sebastian. It made me tear up and I also laughed. I think I read it a little too fast sorry to see it end:-)
An adorable romance/coming out story. Light, fluffy, and steamy.
This was a really really good, short read. It was also very funny. Brads inner monologue was so fun that I couldn’t help laughing. The only reason I didn’t give this one 5 stars was that I wanted it to be longer. Good job Anne Tenino! Would really recommend this to all MM lovers.
4.5 stars - I loved this. Brad and Sebastian were amazing together! This book made me laugh, but it was also very sweet in places and pretty hot too ;) It was the perfect book to put a smile on my face. I wanted to read it all in one sitting but real life got in the way.
I absolutely loved Kyle. He made me laugh out loud so much, especially during the Frat meeting at the end where he just kept talking. Hilarious, and unbelievably supportive of his best friend. Super sweet.
I'm a little sad that there isn't a book for Collin. I'd love to read his story because I was gutted that things ended rather sourly for him, and he seemed rather down at the end of this book when he was at the Frat meeting. He totally deserves his own story and his own HEA - and perhaps with Collin's story we'd get to see a bit of Brad and Sebastian in the future as well ;)

I debated over what to rate this book because I really enjoyed parts of it while others were real "huh?" moments for me. I found myself re-reading certain passages just to get a real sense of what was happening and had a real tough time with some of the sex scenes sounding a too mechanical. The humor though, had me turning pages and wanting to read more, thus my dilemma.
Ultimately, I chose to go with a 3-star rating simply because the story felt abruptly cut off at the end. It just... Ended. I wanted to see what happened after he came out to the Frat, how life on campus changed for him, what happened to Collin and to Paul? It just felt like the author worked to build up those things in the book as important to the character yet failed to give us closure on them in this character-driven book. Will definitely read more by this author though as I really enjoyed her sense of humor and characterizations.
