I read this on my kindle and I usually only read on my kindle before bed so I don’t read as fast as when I listen to my audiobooks. But I looked forward to reading this every night. It was my favorite read of the year.
This book is warm and fuzzy and a little sad but more in a pull your heartstrings way than anything else. It made me laugh and it made me a little teary-eyed.
The cast of characters is super diverse: a woman with Down Syndrome, an old man with dementia, a guarded punk dude with a mohawk, and a woman trying to get pregnant via IVF. Plus, it takes place in London!
Graphic: Dementia
Minor: Infertility, Abandonment, Physical abuse, Drug abuse, and Child death

I did think that the time jump between the last two chapters felt a bit too soon.
