Whenever i thought this book was going left, it would veer to the right. Her family is horrific???
The pregnancy was so unexpected? Also dylan is suggesting he help her raise a baby and she doesn't know where he lives? Doesnt know anything about his family?? Wild

Yet despite this, i really enjoyed this? Frank was so sweet, i almost had guessed the peggy reveal but not quite. It was very sweet story

I picked this up because of the cover and had no expectations past it being a light-hearted, cute rom-com type of book. It definitely was, but it wasn't a ton more than that. It's a good book to read when you can't put a ton of focus into it but some of the plot lines and characters are so aggravating (wdym
there's an accidental pregnancy and the pregnant girl drinks champagne 2x and runs after a bus (all while knowing she's pregnant)??? or why did Frank not think to check the national gallery even though thats where they agreed to meet up??
bffr).

A fill good story that makes you believe in humanity. It was  heartwarming and felt genuine. It has an engaging plot line, and you feel connected to the characters. There are two timelines, 1962 and 2022. Multiple pov's and short chapters. It dragged just a little bit but picked back up quickly. The themes are friendships, parenthood, self-growth, second chances, and aging.
