The book's synopsis seemed very promising: family treasures and secrets. However, once I began reading, there were many side tracks from the main storyline: a girl o.d.ed, a former assistant trying to find the drug ring, the main character's reluctance to the future with her fiance ... It lost the focus. I just couldn't keep reading the non-main stories.
