3.5 ⭐️ My first Sherlock Holmes adventure. An overall fun read. Looking forward to reading others.

Slow and monotonous, and the world flip toward the end was jarring at best.
mysterious

I wondered briefly why Sherlock was ‚off-screen‘ for so long, but then I recalled that Sir Arthur Conan Doyle was so sick of him, he literally
killed him off
in the previous book of the series.
So maybe.. A little less surprised now.

This book was actually exactly what I always thought Sherlock Holmes novels would be like, having never read them before now. A big case, a longer mystery. Was very nice

This was my first ever Sherlock Holmes book. I had never read any of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's works before. This book kept me guessing what the real culprits were and what really could happen in this world. There were some twists that twisted and shocked me. Needless to say, I enjoyed it and would read more.

Una historia entretenida, con una dinámica que te mantiene atentx, aunque con una explicación final bien suave para mi gusto. Una buena lectura y un buen estilo de escritura, nada más.
