Kept me guessing until the end and was fast paced but all of the characters annoyed me!

Extra .25 points added because of the twist on the literal last page. Some parts of book were slow/repetative, but they did help to add character development, which was definitely needed. Read in 3 hours, 5 minutes

I hated the ending, like we went through the whole book thinking Griff was innocent, he loved his wife. It should have just been left as a suicide, I don't like the ending of Griff secretly having killed her and got away with it.

Depressing. The pacing was poor, characterisation was low, I didn't care about anyone and even by the end I didn't feel like I knew anyone. There was a random time jump forward about a third through, then another smaller jump and then back to the original timeline.

There is way too much tragedy in the background, 5 different people die of cancer. One character had 3 life-threatening pregnancies. Suicidal feelings are dismissed, even when one character was part of a pact she didn't go through with.

The ending wasn't quite what I expected but at that point I'm not really sure I cared.
