This book was my first time dipping my toes into fantasy. And what a fantastic book to start with.

It begins with Vivian in her younger years being saved from brushes with death by a ghost and trying to understand her ability to see ghosts. It goes on to Vivian needing to help those from another realm and her becoming the keeper of a destroyer. Following her and Leon in on their quest.

I couldn't put this book down and was so invested in Vivian's journey. The spice was

I liked how it was build up. Good worldbuilding, and a good character building as well! Love a strong minded female! And Vivian definitely is! First I liked Leon a lot, he sounds charming, caring and sweet. But o boy I disliked him at the end. He is very obsessive and aggressive. The books and on a good cliffhanger! Can wait for the next one, I only have to wait a year

Started bad but got better once the story... and the romance... started. :) (Sadly the first 100 pages were a struggle). But now I am actually invested and want to read the next part!

I give this a 3 solely for the POTENTIAL, the writing sucked, there’s no substance and it’s gets super rape-y.
