This was a great book! I read it so quickly as it was very entertaining. I look forward to reading more by this author. However I didn’t give this book a full 5 stars because I had a hard time believing the attraction/romance between Daisy and Riven. It seemed forced for the sake of the book.

The other thing was the ending really pissed me off because Riven had just asked her to be their girlfriend and then he’s not even going to hear her out? He is going to believe some dude over her? Plus he knew the whole time she wasn’t being entirely honest, so it should not have come as a surprise. Part of the plot was that she was hiding her ID. They literally said “she probably gave us a fake name and doesn’t want us to know who she is” so tell me why is he so angry when he finds out that’s true? You can’t really blame that on trauma. So all that added on to the fact that I didn’t feel their connection to begin with, it just all felt wrong. If she had been having that conversation with Cole or Eli, it would have been way more believable. Still would have been annoying though.

Overall it was a great book, but there were just some things I couldn’t ignore

This reverse harem was by far the easiest I've come across; thus I breezed through it in a day.
Daisy, the protagonist, finds herself snowbound in the mountains of Swedish Lapland with three men, and I was intrigued by the seamless flow of the story. If you're searching for a book with a 70% smut / 30% plot ratio, this might be it because the spice factor was surprisingly satisfying. The banter between characters was entertaining. As so often with RH books, I found the male characters more appealing than the female lead.

The plot, however, was somewhat lacking in substance. It somehow felt intrusive, with unresolved issues conveniently brushed aside whenever intimacy beckoned. It's unfortunate because the story had potential, but it didn't have enough depth in both the plot and characters.

So overall, while not groundbreaking, it was still an enjoyable read. 3.5 but not enough to round it up⭐️

So this is the most easiest reverse harem I’ve ever read.
The spice is good 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️/5
The plots are minimal. Just a bit of drama and absolutely not moral struggling with the foursome.
So that’s smooth.
It will not be unforgettable but it was what I need after a really dark reading.
The banter is really good, I laughed several times because the FMC have her fair share with one of the MMC. Her sarcasm is chef’s kiss.

Fun and spicy!

Some of the yelling at Daisy didn’t sit well with me though and I think she forgave Riven a little too easily (also Cole but he saved her from dying so I’m giving him a pass for being kind of a douche for a majority of the book). Eli was a golden retriever and passed the vibe check 🫶🏻

Daisy flees her life in Brighton and heads for Sweden. She’s running from an ex boyfriend who won’t take a hint, from a job she no longer has and rumour filled lies that has the media knocking on her front door. She thinks if she can get far enough away she can wait out the disaster that is her life. She was not expecting things to get worse when she crashes her car into a tree to avoid a moose in the road. When two men come to help, Cole & Eli, her self preservation kicks in but she’s hurt, alone and scared so she agrees to go back to their cabin. Once there she meets Riven, a doctor who gives her a once over.
As a snow storm rages outside, and her car totalled, Daisy has no choice but to stay with the guys and wait it out. While the days pass, she becomes close with all 3 men, feelings start to develop for all of them. When her past comes knocking can she keep the peace and freedom she’s found?

Lily Gold does it again. This was a great easy read. Eli is of course my favourite, Cole a close second. I really liked how Daisy finally found her voice and took a stand in the end.
