An absolutely lovely book. Whether or not you have ever watched a half of football if you love great travelogues, underdog stories, and funny personal stories you'll love this.

Two Englishmen head to Pohnpei (one of the Federated States of Micronesia) to set up their national football team. This could have been a disastrous colonial look, but thankfully the author understood it and managed instead to create a compelling and funny human, football story.
