I love this series, and how Singh can write a traumatized FMC who’s also so, so strong and fierce.

5⭐️ Psy-Changeling: Book 18; Trinity: Book 3
Memory & Alexei (E-Psy Sigma & Snowdancer Lieutenant Wolf)
I dont know what to say other than Nalini Singh puts her feet in these books! My goodness. I was listening to this book and several points had me crying! And ANGELA DAWE come to the front please. Her narration of these books, the accents, the inflections, the rasp, the personality in each character is great! Loved this book. So many plot points moving at once yet it’s still cohesive and followable. There was never a point where I was bored or waiting for it to end. I wanted more of this book. This one was definitely in my top 3 of the series. I just finished this book and am ready to open it back up and read it again.
Another great Psy-Changeling book! It was great to be back in SnowDancer. Is at least two of these stars just about that? Possibly. But I loved both Alexei and Memory!
Alexei's pain is real and his trauma is raw - but his growth and willingness to take a chance is so awesome. I deeply loved Memory from page one. She is angry - understandably so - but doesn't ever act in with any sort of TSTL energy but also communicates her needs, fears, and what she wants out of the future. I also really liked the movement of the world in this one - the reader learns more about rogues, the PsyNet and characters who aren't strickly benevolent or malevolent which is always fascinating to me.
Stars: Five Stars
Steam: Level II Steam
Tropes: grumpy hero, opposites attract, accidental bodyguard, friends to lovers
CW/ TW: mentions of abuse, bloodshed on the page, kidnapping of female MC (not by male MC), mentions of suicide and death, PTSD
