Rebecca Jenshak always delivers a fun lighthearted sports romance for the girlies. I enjoyed this one, especially with the unique twist of motocross and gymnastics. I liked Knox and Avery as a couple. They both supported each other’s drive for success in their sport, we love mutual appreciation. Once they get past their initial tensions Knox and Avery find this ease with each other, they just fit together. Honorable mention to all the scenes with the Holland brothers. I just love their family, they may tease one another but they deeply care about each other. I recommend this for fans of the Campus Wallflowers series.

“That's a dangerous thing to say to me, princess. I'd have you bent over my bike so fast you wouldn't know which way is up.”

This follows Avery after choking at a Gymnastics event she suffered an injury and is taking it slow but struggling to get back to her full potential. With Olympic medals under her belt, her focus is to get back on top of her game with no distractions. But then comes Knox Holland a tattooed bad boy with a reputation that cost him to lose his Motocross pro circuit team. But now he is asking for help and some training and I can’t refuse.

This was such a fun read. I love how different Avery and Knox are. Knox the bad boy always wears black clothes. Ladies always have an eye on him and then you have sassy Avery who loves to have everything pink. Has a strong side to keep Knox in line. The banter was brilliant between these two and loved the storyline. Excited to read the coming books in the series because I love the Holland family dynamic.
The audiobook was fantastic in a duet by Teddy and Erin highly recommend it.

Thank you to Valentine PR and the author for providing a digital copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

After an angry outburst, Knox is kicked off his racing team. His friends recommend he fill his time training for the next season. Avery, a collegiate and Olympic gymnastics star, might be just the person to coach him to a new racing team. The only complication? Knox is a dick, and Avery fucking hates him. Example A: “‘I’d rather douse myself in lighter fluid and set myself on fire than help you.’” 😛

Overall, I loved this enemies to lovers romance. The characters were mature and Knox’s brothers make for a rowdy bunch. I would love for this to expand into a ‘brothers’ series. Jenshak was clever in her writing abilities... can there be a third act breakup if they were never really together in the first place? 🧐 Tasteful and entertaining. I would recommend this to fans of The Bromance Book Club series.

Side note: Avery riding on the back of Knox’s bike in a dress gave me anxiety, though. ALWAYS WEAR PANTS, LADIES. Unfortunately road rash is a real thing. ⚠️
