Another excellent book about the MBS! I didn’t think the diamonds added much to the storyline, but otherwise loved it.

This book was a fairly fitting sequel to the first Mysterious Benidict Society book. I didn't like it as much as I adored the first book, but I thought it was pretty good, and enjoyed it just as much.

We did have some problems with the children's disobedience. They continually disobeyed, and the book made no mention of them feeling sorry or repentant about it. It seems as if their first adventure made them think that since they had handled things once before, they could handle things again.

However, it was a fun and neat adventure story.

Very similar to the first in the series. Good read, though a little slower.

It's with a heavy heart that I write this review. I loved the first book. The review I left on the book is me just gushing about it. The twists and interesting characters. The second book was well...
I actually liked the beginning but the part that lost me was the fact that Constance can suddenly read the future. Not only did it ruin the mood of the book, but it was also just a lazy plot device to keep them from getting caught multiple times. She hears random footsteps. "Oh no! It's some random Ten Man's footstep she knows?!!" WHAT?
Anyways, it was okay. A little hard to get through.
