THIS BOOK. It was so much more than a romance to me like you don’t understand! I’m upset! It was honestly just so good idek how to explain it. but don’t get me wrong the romance has me GIGGLING and  kicking my feet like Charlie Lastra you will always be famous. Like he was so hot never (by never I mean almost all the time) has words on paper been so attractive like DAMN. And Nora??? Baddest bitch in the building like she ate DOWN. I just love everything about it, AND THE SISTERLY BOND??? Go ahead and take me out! On a date or by a sniper idc which! This book called me single and alone in so, so many ways. Loved it!

I’m not usually one for rom-coms but this was lovely. It was funny, there were moments that made me laugh out loud, some that hit a little too close to home.
All in all a nice read.

10/10, heck 10/5. I DEVOURED this book and might just read it again right now because I'm not ready to be done with these incredible characters.  My partner gave me a hall pass for Charlie, so there's that.

No Miscommunication-trope!!!

Emily Henry manages to create a good dialogue between characters while adding sarcasm and wit. She is creating a great mix and a good balance of bantering whilst communicating in serious situations.

She also nails the contemporary romance genre by giving the main character a purpose. It gives a rom-com feeling without having a bore while reading. There is no dwelling on unrelated scenes without a plot in sight.

The dramatic peek is created by something rather unexpected, while the solution is (I think) pretty obvious. Here applies: The reader might think it is obvious, but in a real-life situation, it might come to mind, but it would be too much to ask.

I think the main characters are lovable and reading about someone in the book business is fun. Finally, there is a play about us.

I really loved this!! It had me hooked from the beginning and i couldn't put it down. The development of the MC and how she views herself and the world was really heartwarming. The ending was so sweet and perfect and I don't think this book could've been better!!
