My favorite of Henry’s books so far. I loved the witty banter between Charlie and Nora. I saw myself and my sister in Nora and Libby’s relationship. The plot is a predictable Hallmark romance but it’s so sweet it doesn’t even matter. I found myself laughing out loud and by the end, crying my eyes out.

I had a wonderful time reading this book! I was a little worried after reading People We Meet on Vacation and seeing the reviews that people preferred it's predecessor, but I found myself enjoying this one more. While both are good, I think that I had a better time watching the relationship unfold within this novel - perhaps because the miscommunication and conflict trope that is ever present in romance stories felt far less drawn out to me due to the timeline.

I adored the relationship and chemistry between the leads, particularly the banter that followed as a result. Moreover, I simply liked both the FL and ML, and was rooting for both of them outside of the main relationship.

When reading, I did have a small seed of doubt that the book would end with her moving to a small town which I was desperately hoping wouldn't be the case. Luckily, my concerns were put to rest! You can take the girl out of the city but you can't take the city out of the girl! Good for her!

Overall, I recommend to any and all romance enthusiasts.
